Diora Nexus™ is an educational and community platform that provides learning resources, leadership development, community engagement, and business tools. The Platform includes modules such as LeadershipOS™, CommunityOS™, AcademyOS™, BusinessOS™, MissionOS™, and NEXUS AI™. The Platform is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on the Platform (posts, messages, notes, uploads). By posting content, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to host, display, and use that content within the Platform's features. You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure you have the rights to do so.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, branding (Diora Nexus™, NEXUS AI™, and associated module names), software, and educational content, is owned by its respective rights holders and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

9. Third-Party Links & Data

The Platform may display links to third-party services (such as Myfxbook) and market data. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that results will meet your expectations. Any reliance on the Platform is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability
